Free Class!

Sign-up for a free class below!  This class is an introduction to CrossFit aimed at the person who has not done a lot of CrossFit.  This class will be an easier, shorter version of what we do everyday - we will do a group warm-up, some skill work, and a short CrossFit WOD.  We will explain what CrossFit is all about and what classes are like at our gym.  Don't be scared - we have people of all fitness levels but nothing prepares you for CrossFit other than CrossFit.

This class is for generally healthy people with no medical issues.  If you want a one-on-one Intro Class and evaluation  because of your schedule, medical or orthopedic issues, or personal  preference, call us for scheduling.

You may also attend a Saturday 9 am class if you are experienced with CrossFit.  This will not be a super-short workout; you will train with our regulars.  People taking our On-Ramp class may drop into this class if they want something extra.  This class is quite suitable for people doing CrossFit at another gym.  You may buy a drop-in pass

We are rather conservative about letting our clients increase the volume and intensity of their CrossFit WODs - this stuff is powerful medicine and it has to be given in the right dose.  We rely on our experience to evaluate your conditioning and strength.


The Kids class for 7 up and the Teens/Advanced class is for experienced young CrossFitters over 12 and teens.  Please see Kids Class page for more information.
