Sign-Up and Rates

This is old-school training! We train ordinary people like athletes.   No more wandering the well-appointed rooms of a gym wondering what to do or what to eat.  We will coach you and guide you.

A quick overview of our rates
  • Unlimited classes, $150 a month;
  • Three times a week,  $135 a month
  • On-Ramp beginners class is four weeks for $160 including a FREE assessment and goal-setting session
  • CrossFit Kids, $50 a month.
  • Private training is $50 a session.
There is a discount of 33% on the unlimited membership for firefighters, police, and full-time teachers (in a school district) and students.  You must have a current ID at sign-up.  There is no discount for On-Ramp.  Spouses of current members may join at $100.  No exceptions - that would not be fair to our members!

Athletes sign up with a credit card for automatic withdrawal every month.  There is a substantial discount for paying for six months up-front. You may cancel immediately at any time for any reason, but we do not give refunds.    Unlike other gyms, there is no initiation fee nor penalty for canceling!

We have a new referral program!  The greatest compliment you can give us is to share us with your friends.  When a current member has a friend graduate from On-Ramp and begin membership with us, that member will receive a credit of 50% toward their next month's membership!

We welcome out of town visitors from other CrossFit gyms!  Your first class is on us, after that it is $15 a class.  You may buy a t-shirt for $20.  (Actually, anyone can buy one of our t-shirts for $20!)  However, athletes are required to have graduated from an On-Ramp or Beginner's Class, or have equivalent CrossFit experience.  This is about your safety in a busy class!  You need to know how to snatch and clean&jerk or squat or whatever is called for that day safely, and how to scale the WOD sensibly without giving yourself rhabdo.  If you say you are a veteran CrossFitter I will expect you to be able to dump a squat safely or drop a missed snatch in either direction.  I will expect you to know whether you can do a skin-the-cat or a muscle-up and how not to ruin your shoulders trying one!

You may sign-up here or call us at 720-204-2631.   You may make appointments by phone, email or online.
